Clothing Rental Disclaimer

To ensure a smooth and efficient rental process, please provide the following details when sending a message to rent clothing:

Clothing Name: Specify the name or a description of the clothing item you'd like to rent.
Size: Clearly mention the size you need (e.g., Small, Medium, Large, etc.).
Length: If applicable, indicate the required length
Time and Date: Let us know the exact time and date you would like to rent the clothing.

Example Message Template:
"I would like to rent the [Clothing Name] in size [Size] and length [Length] for [Time and Date]."

We offer a full refund when the product is unused and without any damage.

You can return item in 14 days of recieving the order.

Please note that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase. Note that the packaging must be secure. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to us.

If you need to return an item feel free to message us and we will sort it out.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Delivery times can wary, but usualy production time takes up to 2 weeks for domestic and for international orders -plus actual shipping - domestic (3 days), international (4-5 days)

Please note that these are hand cut & made garments so their production time can be affected by the demand of the product.

(That means their production may take up to 10 days or more and then they are shipped)

The tracking code will be sent out to you the moment lable for your package is created. (If you haven't recieved it, you can check spam or message us)

If your order hasn't arrived after 25 days, please contact us and we will send you the update, as some of the designs take a bit more time to be made :)

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.

🖤 How long before my order ships?

As these are hand crafted garments, some may take up to 10 days (depends on the demand). After the 10 days your order will be sent, for domestic orders package will arrive to you in 3-4 days, for international up to 23 days .

In general, it is best to start with your regular size.

We use your phone number if there are any questions regarding your order. Also, your number is used by the delivery company to reach you.

First you will get an order confirmation email. After the garment is packaged and shipped out you will recieve an email with the tracking number.
